Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you’ll love your purchases, but in case you do need to make a return or exchange, our policy is:
- We accept online returns for a store credit on any non-final sale items up to thirty (30) days from the date you place your order. Store Credit has no expiration date, but it is up to you to keep a copy of the code given when return is processed, just as you would keep up with a gift card.
- Sale items and jewelry are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or jewelry returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a return fee will be processed before shipment.
- All merchandise must be sent back to Six Sisters unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. If any items have makeup, deodorant, or any other stains/odors (including smoke odors), you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back with a return fee.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box with the necessary wrapping needed to protect the box.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- All shipping cost are non-refundable.
- We do not offer price adjustments
*If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please call 502-690-9986 or email email@example.com within five (5) days of package arrival for further assistance. We will not accept an exchange or return on a damaged item after the five (5) day period.
Each item is photographed at it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computer and/or mobile devices may have different color display screens. Items with slight variances will not be considered damaged or defective, as some items are unique in color, pattern and texture.
If you need to exchange the same item for another size or color, please call 502-690-9986 for assistance. Exchanges will only be given when original items have been returned within thirty (30) day return period.
- Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Any returns received that do not meet the online return requirements stated above will not be accepted and an additional postage fee will incur to have them returned to you.
- Place in a shipping safe package or repackage your items in the package you received them in.
- INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the packing slips and completed return form. Feel free to make a copy for your records.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of return, reason for return and expected delivery.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION. You are responsible for tracking your return package. Once received at Six Sisters please allow up to five (5) business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation with your Online Credit code.
Local Return Instructions: Local Returns can be dropped off at our NULU location at 804 E Market St, Louisville, KY 40206
- Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted. *Online orders that have been shipped out, locally or other, do not apply to our in-store purchasing and return policy.
- INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the packing slips and completed return form when dropping off the items you are returning. Refunds are not given on the spot, store credit will be sent in a follow up email within five (5) business days.
